    Plat stood up slowly, looking around the room, fairly woozy. Judging by the dark, stone walls and red carpet on the ground, wherever they were was not home. Steadying himself, he tried to look for some way to get his bearings before hearing a distinctly familiar sound from behind. Before he could even turn around, he felt a strong blast hit him in the back.
    "My, my, my, it looks like another wonderful boy has fallen into my kingdom!" the voice grawled in a reptillian tone. the aching filling him up, he barely was able to turn around to see what appeared to be some kind of turtle dragon, standing at about his chest in height. "W-what are you?" Plat said, flustered by the creature standing in front of him.
    "Me?" the purple haired koopling responded haughtily, "why I'm none other than Lucia Koopa, current ruling prince of this bit of the Koopa Kingdom! And you?" Plat tried to respond, before a reflexive jolt through his limbs and face threw him off. "You, you're soon to be another cute member of my army." Plat could feel his blood run cold, as the sensitivity of his skin seemed to dissipate. The koopling he was staring at seemed to be getting slightly taller by the second, feeling on his body becoming increasingly dull... until he felt an unbearable tightness in his shoes and pants. the pressure continued to grow, cracking and creaking increasing until an audible cacophony of rips broke the tension. His body continued on its path, as between each feeling of shock and tension, plat was only able to catch glimpses at his body. It was becoming stouter, more scaly, his torso was beginning to cover in an oddly stiff material as he felt something forming on his back.
    In this moment, he put two and two together. "Wait... you're turning me into one of you!" Plat said, clearly panicked. "No, that's not right! You don't do this to people who don't ask! That's wro-" before another word could utter from his mouth, he felt a large heat building up with in him, his sight going pink. Lucia smiled, "Good on you, fellow koopling. it seems your rowdy disposition has accelerated your changes~." The glowing persisted for a moment before finally fading; a small crown on his head and rod in hand; all matching the gemmed bracelets and collar that now adorned him. He looked up slightly to meet the eyes of the stunningly handsome koopa before him; the prince who had decided to honorarily dub him a koopatron for his army due to his 'natural' magical aptitude. Lucia smiled as she looked upon him. "You're ready, Koo'plat. Go and find others to join my army."
        Koo'plat let out a flame enriched roar of excitement. "Of course I will help you find more, my prince! and I know just where to start..." The koopatron waved his wand, opening a pipe in the ground, into which he quickly dashed to reach his target.
