"Ball was having a hard time understanding what was bothering it, why was it worried about the changing figure before it?  Why did Ball feel like it knew the person's name?  Why couldn't Ball just be played with?  Ball really wanted to be played with.  It was what Ball was made for after all, and maybe the new person in front of Ball would play with it.  It hoped so, playing was so much fun!"

After Alice had her body taken by Bowli, Bowli was confronted by Hoffi. Hoffi was of course then asked to challenge the Goddess of Games, another Curse shard holder. Her and her current set of attendants (Frosti, the Table Hockey Waitress; Lucy, the Candyland Consultant; and Piper, the Poker Cheerleader) would show up and challenge him to a game. Unfortunately he was far less skilled than Alice was, so the match was quite one sided. Aside from being the best at almost every game known to man, her shard gave her the ability of 'inspiration'; allowing her to take the essence of an individual and replace it with whatever she desires, warping them into GameSlave Girls, undyingly loyal to her.

The Games Goddess has no human name, as it had been long discarded and forgotten after she claimed several shards. She is extremely self important and believes herself to be perfect. She's also a sore loser, and when her powers can't help her win a game fairly, she'll use them to cheat and win. In addition to these above powers, she can create enchanted equipment like bowli, who help seek out people for her to best and confirm her dominance over, as well as replacing old versions of a game once she bores of it, as she has grown to own quite a large collection of Slave-Games (servants turned into the game they represent). She is definitely one you do not want to mess with, or pique the interest of, because you will not escape her whims.
